Those experiences shaped the way I approach beauty today: with equal parts artistry, technical precision, and genuine connection. With nearly two decades behind the chair, I specialize in dimensional blonding, lived-in color, color corrections, and personalized transformations designed around real life. My goal isn’t to create hair that only looks good in a photo. It’s to create hair that feels like you, grows out beautifully, and supports your lifestyle. I believe exceptional results don’t require wasting your day. I respect my clients’ time as much as my own and work intentionally and efficiently, creating a relaxed experience that prioritizes both quality and thoughtful time management. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Agreement FeelsNFray, LLC takes great pride in providing exceptional service and respecting the value of your time. As a small business, I require financial stability, and enforcing my cancellation policy is essential to maintaining that stability. _____ Initials: To confirm your appointment, we require a $50 retainer fee, which will be applied to your service. By booking an appointment with me, you agree to my cancellation policy as outlined below: _____ Initials: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to do so, I kindly request that you provide me with at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service, even if you reschedule it to a later time. _____ Initials: I understand that failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice ("No-Show") is subject to a fee equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the scheduled service total. _____ Initials: I authorize Feels N Fray, LLC to charge the card on file for applicable cancellation, no-show, or policy-related fees in accordance with these policies. _____ Initials: I understand that repeated late cancellations, no-shows, unpaid fees, or failure to comply with salon policies may result in restrictions on future booking privileges or refusal of future services at the discretion of Feels N Fray, LLC. _____ Initials: I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. If I am unable to attend my appointment, I agree to provide notice as soon as reasonably possible. _____ Initials: Illness: If you are feeling unwell, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment. Please do not come to the salon if you are symptomatic. Your health and the health of our team and other clients are of utmost importance to us. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness and you provide less than 48 hours' notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service. _____ Initials: Last minute changes: To ensure efficient scheduling and respect for our time, I kindly request that you refrain from changing the type of service scheduled within 48 hours of your appointment. If you need to make a change, please be aware that a fee equal to half the full-service fee will be charged _____ Initials: I understand that appointment times are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of the service, hair condition, and unforeseen circumstances. Feels N Fray, LLC is not responsible for incidental expenses, lost wages, travel costs, childcare expenses, or other costs incurred because of scheduling changes, service duration, or appointment availability. _____ Initials: If Feels N Fray, LLC must reschedule an appointment, any deposit previously paid will be credited toward the rescheduled appointment or a future appointment. These policies are intended to support efficient scheduling, protect the business's sustainability, and ensure that appointment times are fairly reserved for all clients. Consultations, after care & Refunds: _____ Initials: I understand that consultation and intake process are offered prior to services. During this consultation, we discuss my hair goals, hair history, maintenance expectations, estimated pricing, and any limitations that may affect the desired result. I acknowledge that I may choose to proceed with or decline a consultation. _____ Initials: I understand that Feels N Fray, LLC does not provide refunds for completed services. However, client satisfaction is a priority. If I believe my service did not meet the agreed-upon expectations, I agree to notify my stylist within fourteen (14) days of the original appointment. Upon evaluation, one complimentary revision may be offered when appropriate. I understand that complimentary revisions are available only if the hair has not been altered by another stylist or by any other method since the original appointment. _____ Initials: I understand that hair services are customized and that, despite careful consultation and communication, differences in expectations or misunderstandings may occasionally occur. If I am dissatisfied with my service, I agree to notify Feels N Fray, LLC within fourteen (14) days of the original appointment so that my concerns may be evaluated. Any concerns must be communicated before altering the hair, and one complimentary adjustment or revision may be offered within fourteen (14) days of the original service when deemed appropriate by FeelsNFray, LLC. _____ Initials: I understand that refunds are not provided for completed services. FeelsNFray's priority is to address reasonable concerns through consultation and, when appropriate, a revision service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
